How Fast Can I Get My Products?
The time from when you pay to the time when you receive the product(s) is typically 4-8 days.
Your discount electronics orders will be Quality Controlled, Packed, and Dispatched within 3 working days from the time your payment is received and confirmed. Smaller or non-mixed orders are usually dispatched within one day.
After we send out your product(s), we email you the courier tracking number within 1 working day.
If you need help tracking your delivery or have concerns about a delivery time, we'll be on hand to answer your questions. Use the website "Contact Us" at the top/bottom of any MyToyCloset.com page.
How Are Goods Shipped To Me?
We will ship your product(s) to you by express courier. The choice of courier varies according to location, but it will be either: DHL, FedEx, USPS, or UPS.

Receiving Your Delivery
Couriers require a signature from the recipient for delivery, and this is a fast and secure way to have your product(s) delivered.
It is essential you provide a full, accurate shipping address and a valid delivery phone number.
If you believe your package is missing items, includes incorrect items, or has been damaged or tampered with in any way, it is essential that you communicate this clearly to the company's couriers at the time of delivery. If you accept delivery and sign for the product(s), it is much more difficult to pursue a claim later.
Out of Country Product Rules
Upon delivery of certain items you may or may not have to pay a minor import fee to the courier depending on the product type and value.
Items shipped from MyToyCloset.com will be declared at the lowest nominal market price as a standard assumption. This lowest market price is based on the manufacturing origin and might not be reflective of how much the item will cost you if bought in your local retail market.
Many countries do not charge import duties on private items, samples, and goods below a certain stated value.

Shipping Costs
All our shipping fees are calculated automatically according to either the actual weight of the product(s) or the product(s) dimensions, plus the delivery location.
The waybill (formal shipping document) that accompanies your product(s) may show a weight that is less than the shipping band for the products that you paid for. This happens when the item is light but bulky, so the shipping band is calculated by dimensions, not actual weight.
The prices depend on the different rates of the shipping companies and are subject to change without notice, although we're constantly working on lowering the shipping prices for you!
All orders shall be fully paid in advance, including shipping. Shipping charges are not refundable except in cases of wrong delivery.
If a delivery is confirmed lost, stolen, or damaged before receipt, we will work with the courier directly to obtain information and arrange a refund or re-delivery at no further expense to you.
Returns and Refunds
All products come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty.
If you experience any problem with a product purchased from MyToyCloset.com, contact us first and we will advise you on how to proceed. Any returns shall be discussed with MyToyCloset.com customer support in advance, and authorized with a RMA number so they are sent with the correct paperwork. All returned products shall be sent together with the original packaging, accessories, and an authorized RMA number, unless an exception is agreed in advance. No returns will be accepted without an authorized RMA number. In the event of any returned goods where you are requesting a repair / replacement / refund under the warranty, your shipping costs returning the products to the MyToyCloset.com are payable by you, and cannot be compensated by MyToyCloset.com.
Physical damage to a product caused by the user invalidates the warranty. Opening products up, e.g. to repair or modify components, voids the warranty.

Read the item description carefully! We will ship you whatever you order. We do not accept returns of healthy products which were simply mis-ordered by you. We will not be responsible for any damage that may be caused to any party related to use of any of our products. We will not be liable for any damage or personal loss due to incorrect use of our products. Proper use of all products is required or the warranty will be voided.
Delivery time: If there is a possible delay due to the product being out of stock, we'll contact you by email to discuss sending out your order in separate shipments, changing products, or other options. Larger orders that exceed our stock may take longer to send out, as we have to order from the factory. In such cases we will contact you about any delay.
On occasion it may become necessary for our suppliers to place items on back order due to demand. We will contact you if your item is on backorder to discuss your options. |
